After breakfast at your hotel, it’s time to start the tour as you make your way to North Bengal where the ancient civilization had its origins. Upon arrival check in to your hotel for fresh up and lunch. After lunch and a short rest, start for the oldest citadel of Bangladesh dating from 3rd century B.C. It is currently known as Mahastanghar and was the capital of many dynasties during several centuries. Visit some other ancient sites such as Gobinda Vita, Shrine of Saint Balkhi, Jiot Kunda, Mahasthan Museum etc. Late afternoon drive back to your hotel. Overnight at Bogra.

After breakfast here, start for Rajshahi. Enroute vist Sompura Mahavihara (this UNESCO World Heritage Site dates from 7th century) note the Pala dynasty and the most famous Buddhist Vihara in Southern Asia. Have lunch in a local restaurant and continue journey to Rajshahi. Upon arrival check in to your hotel and fresh up. In the afternoon drive to the bank of the famous mighty river Ganges for a boat ride and an amazing Sunset. Drive back to your hotel and overnight.

After breakfast check out and drive to Puthia temple city where you will discover authentic craftsmanship in the temples of Gobinda, Shiva, Pancharatna and Jagaddhatri etc. Enroute stop for Baneshwar Bazar, a true local village market, largest in this area. After lunch, we begin the journey back to Dhaka. On the way to Dhaka visit Nator Raj Bari. Upon arrival at Dhaka check in and overnight.

More wonders await today as after breakfast you pay a visit to the Buddhist temple of Kamalapur, which houses the ashes of Atish Dipankar. Back on the road, we will stop at Shalaban Vihara and also visit other ancient, sacred ruins in Comilla. After lunch at a highway restaurant, you will head for Chittagong and the Nandan Kanon temple, where the hair of Gautam Buddha is kept and displayed only once in a year. Later check into your hotel and relax for the night.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel before starting on your journey to Rangamati, stopping along the way to visit the Buddhist monastery of Rajban Vihara. Check in to your hotel. After lunch, get aboard and set sail for a boat trip on the beautiful Kaptai Lake, surrounded by gorgeous hillside scenery. Return to your hotel early in the evening.

Rise early for breakfast before another day of adventure. Set your course for Bandarban, with fascinating stops at the Golden Temple and the tribal villages in picturesque Bandarban; grab a bite of lunch in your hotel. Later, take a walk through the tribal market of Bandarban town, not forgetting to pay a visit the hilltop of Nilachal to watch a wonderful Sunset.

After breakfast set your compass towards Cox’s Bazar, visiting the Buddhist temples and villages in Ramu on the way. Here you will be visiting the oldest living Buddhist temple of the country (2,000 years old). Continue driving to Cox’s Bazar, check in to your hotel in the late afternoon and, after refreshment, enjoy the beautiful Sunset over the longest beach in the world.

After breakfast visit the temples and the ethnic villages of the Rakhain community. Later, take a boat ride to the island of Moheshkhali to visit Buddhist and Hindu temples. Returning to the main land, take lunch and check out from your hotel, then head for the airport to catch the afternoon flight for Dhaka.
